Products Description

Ball screw on all axis

There are three ball screws, one for each axis.Each ball screw is driven by a stepper motor and moves the router spindle in the X,Y and Z directions.

Taiwan square guide rails

The square rail is with higher stability and rigidity, which makes the gantry moving and spindle moving at high speed with high precision.

Machine body design

Ruggedly constructed machine structure. Material is Stress relieved and annealed for deformation free, thus always keep machine accurate. Machine base is produced by CNC machine, and machine base's five sides are produced at one same procession to make sure the machine body geometry tolerance is standard.

Water cooling spindle

1.5kw high frequency spindle,more powerful and less noise.With water cooling ,it will have long working life.
